A combination of dance and yoga; rhythmic and static stretching; movement through musicality; “rise and fall;” bringing awareness to the body, mind, soul through breath; mobility, and strength.
Zumba
A high-energy fitness class that combines everything Zumba from Latin to Hip Hop sounds. Get a complete workout while enjoying a dance party atmosphere. Some explicit music may be played during class.
Silver Shakers
A dynamic movement class tailored specifically for those aged 60 and above. Forget the traditional Silver Sneakers; this is all about embracing your smooth and seasoned moves! In just 50 minutes, you'll engage in a balanced blend of aerobic exercise, strength training, and flexibility stretches, designed to enhance your overall fitness and well-being. AcuYoga
AcuYoga is a holistic wellness practice that combines yoga with acupuncture or acupressure to enhance energy flow and promote relaxation. It can be practiced as a self-healing system using specific yoga poses to stimulate acupressure points, or in a class setting where participants perform gentle yoga before receiving acupuncture. The goal of this integrated practice is to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, as well as relieve stress and tension.
Ballet
Young dancers will build a strong foundation in ballet fundamentals, learning French terminology and the classical structure of class—barre, center, and across-the-floor work. Students will also explore creative movement and improvisation to classical music, developing coordination, grace, and expression.
Hip-Hop
Street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music that evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking created in the 1970s and made popular by US dance crews. Some explicit music may be played during class.
Creative Movement
A class where your mover ages 3-6 gets to explore movements in ballet, jazz, imagination, and free play.
Kemetic Yoga
Kemtic Yoga is an ancient system of postural alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness that promotes spiritual grounding and nervous system regulation.
Werq
A fiercely fun dance + fitness class that uses the latest hip-hop and pop music and moves. Some explicit music may be played during class.
216 Cardio
Spice up your cardiovascular aerobic activity in the 216 with Strength Balance + Firm, hip-hop, and intervals. Some explicit music may be played during class.
Jazz
A performance dance technique and style. Jazz dance may refer to vernacular jazz, Broadway, or theatrical jazz. All genres build on African-American vernacular styles of dancing that emerged with jazz music.
